Julie Williams Julie Williams talks to Monique Bagwell, an award winning actress and voiceover talent, about what it means when a client asks for a “neutral” or “generic” American accent. For more than two decades, Monique has been teaching General American in the Mass Communication and Media Studies at Lander University, where she works as a full-time professor of performance and speech studies.
